We have stayed at The Grand previously and so chose to stay there again as we had a good experience and it is close to the airport. Our room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was also nice and big. The breakfast buffet was great. The restaurant staff were also very attentive, especially Sunil and Dhruv.. The selection at the dinner buffet was also good. They did a nice display for Halloween. The Gulab Jamun and Mud pudding were delicious The hotel was nice and clean and in a good location with easy access to the DLF and Ambience Malls, town center and the airport.

The Hotel was amazing, i would stay here again, the Staff and Mr Luv was great and accommodating to me and my guests need, fantastic pool and spa was great too, breakfast and dinner was wonderful, only fault was the afternoon tea was a little pricey but other than that the place was great, Thanks Sebastian guest apartment suite room,

I loved the way their staff greeted us with a smile every time they saw us. They were helpful and very accommodating to our needs. I personally loved their breakfast spread. It was just enough in terms of the variety and their egg love counter was really good. Overall we had a very pleasant stay!!!

Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. However, the only issues is when you are paying extra for the view, like i paid extra for the pool view room, the view should be as it has to be. In my case, the pool was empty and all i could see was labour working in it.
